Mike was a 3 time Captain (2003-2005) at Tolland High School in Tolland, CT. In his senior year, Mike earned All-Conference, All-State and All-Area (Hartford Courant) honors. He also participated in the CT North/South Senior All-Star Game.
From there, Mike went to play lacrosse at Gordon College from 2007-2010. While there he was named Captain in both 2009 and 2010, and in 2008 helped lead a defense that ended the year 15th in DIII in goals against (7.07) and 13th (85%) in man-down efficiency.
After graduating, Mike took over the Assistant Lacrosse Coaching duties at Marblehead High School in 2011. In 2013, Mike helped coach the Magicians to a school record 17 wins; including Marblehead’s first ever North East Conference Championship in lacrosse. He then went on to serve as the defensive coordinator for the Rivers School, helping the Red Wings to a 40-13 record during his three seasons with the team. This included a 2016 season that saw Rivers win a school record 16 games, and end the season ranked both regionally and nationally. Mike is currently coaching at The Pingree School in Hamilton, MA where they have won the New England Small School Tournament 3 years in a row since Mike has arrived on campus including a 46-13 record overall.
Mike joined the Clams as an Assistant Coach with the 2013 Clams in the Fall of 2010. He is currently coaching the 2022 squad.
