Coach Cremin originally hails from Southboro, MA. He attended Lawrence Academy for High School, and was a division 1 athlete at UMass Lowell. After several seasons  as a starting midfielder for the River Hawks, coach Niall join ed the coaching staff for the Littlenecks and Algonquin Regional High School. After several season as a coach at Algonquin, coach Cremin has helped lead the team to consecutive state playoff runs. He is taking over as the head coach at Algonquin in the spring of 2024!
